This Spoils the Ending
In the Graphic Novel In the Movie
Anastasia tells Guy that he is not horrible for marrying her. Guy says he is ready to give her some advice; he asks her to marry him. Charlie does not ask Kat to marry her again. He is insecure.
Parker tells Guy that they should have a threesome with Anastasia. Parker is a lesbian and has a crush on Anastasia. She is also a frequent editor of Anastasia's Wikipedia page. Parker Debbs recently broke up with her girlfriend; so she invites Charlie to the concert. Parker seems to have a crush on Kat but does not try to get her in bed.
This is not in the book. Charlie encourages Kat to do more of her life without staff, cooks, media, and assistants. Kat tells Charlie to go on social media.
Janny goes into labor four weeks early while in the village. She gives birth at a local hospital near Nairobi. This does not happen in the film.
Parker attacks Christian for being an ass, she gets slapped in the face. Guy knocks out Christian with a single punch. Bastian gets in Charlie's face after the Marry Me concert and insults him. Charlie does not attack him.
