Janny tells Anastasia that she is not legally married to guy right after she gives birth and just before her father catches up to them at the hospital.

Guy intercepts Ana's father and they bond while on a walk around the hospital. Guy leads him back to Janny's room where the father asks why he led him around the hospital instead of taking him straight to his newborn grandson. Guys says it was so he did not have a scowl on his face the first time he saw his grandson. They shake hands.
