   "FoxFace" dies after Thresh. "FoxFace" dies before Thresh
   Peeta realizes that Katniss was pretending to love him for the sponsors and gets upset with her, and they are no longer friends. It isn't said if Katniss was pretending or not, so Katniss and Peeta weren't upset with each other.
   Cato runs to Clove's screams at the feast. He kneels besides her and begs her to stay. He doesn't appear.
   Peeta strip down completely when Katniss finds him so she can tend to his wounds. He is wound is also blood-poisoned. None of this happens in the movie
   Rue chews up bits of leaves and spits them onto Katniss' tracker jacker stings Rue places whole leaves onto Katniss' stings
