This Spoils the Ending
In the Play In the Movie
The opening Song, "Science Fiction Double Feature" is sung by a female usherette character. The opening song is sung by pair of disembodied giant lips and during opening credits.
The characters of The Usherette and Magenta are played by the same actress. The Usherette doesn't exist in the movie.
The song "Over at the Frankenstein Place" has 3 verses, each sung solo first by Janet, then Brad, then Riff-Raff. The Song "Over at the Frankenstein Place" has 2 verses. Brad's verse isn't included.
Frank's appearance and his song "Sweet Transvestite" happen before "Time Warp." "Time Warp" is performed first before Frank's appearance and the his song "Sweet Transvestite." (Became the official stage version order from the 1990 revival and onward.)
The Transylvanians don't exist. There is a chorus of incidental characters known as the Transylvanians.
