No one in the First Foundation is interested in humanity's origin or past, only the present and future. They know nothing about Earth. Salvor Hardin's father discusses the origin of humanity with her. He says humans maybe have originated on Earth or Alpha Centari.
Hardin never kills anyone. Hari Seldon never appears on Terminus except as a projection inside the vault. The conversation is one way from Seldon to the people watching his projection. Hardin kills Phara after she tries to destroy the vault. The vault opens up and Hari Seldon steps out to have a conversation with the people assembled nearby.
The recording of Hari Seldon says the Encyclopedia project was a ruse and that he expects the Foundation to establish control over the local systems including Anacreon while building a new Empire The hologram of Hari Seldon tells the Anacreons, Thespins and Terminus residents that they are to join together and create a new Empire and that the Encyclopedia project was a ruse.
Hardin never sleeps in stasis while traveling and never goes to Dornicks home planet. Selvor Hardin leaves Terminus. Gaal Dornick awakens after her 138 year trip to Synaxx and finds Salvor Hardin on the planet.
Cleon died prior to the Foundation's exile. The Empire never considered the Foundation to be a threat until they wielded considerable power on their far side of the Galaxy much later in the timeline. After an attempt by a subversive movement on Trantor to replace the Empire clones, Cleon suspects that Seldon and the Foundation are a threat.
