Millie looks up on the internet to find out how long it takes a person to die of thirst; she keeps Andrew in the attic bedroom for five days until he dies of thirst. Nina returns to the house after Enzo tells her she must assist Millie. |
Cece convinces Nina to go back to help Millie. When Nina returns home, she unlocks the attic bedroom door thinking Millie is trapped inside. Andrew charges out. Andrew says he will take Nina back; she refuses. Andrew tries to kill Nina, but Millie pushes him off of the top of the steps to his death down onto the floor below. Nina drops a light bulb onto the floor near Andrew’s body to make it appear that he was trying to change a light bulb and fell to his death. |

Nina sends Millie away and says she will take the blame for Andrew’s death. Detective Conner concludes that Andrew accidentally locked himself in the attic bedroom while alone in the house and died of thirst. Conner had a sister named Katherine whose life was ruined when abused by Andrew when he was engaged to her. Conner was unable to bring Andrew to justice due to his wealthy family’s influence. |
Police officer Jessica Connors questions Nina about Andrew’s fall. She notices he is missing tooth, but dismisses it. She reports that the incident was an accident. She tells Nina that Andrew abused her sister years ago and was unable to do anything about it.
