   When Gus sees the tee shirt with the picture of the pipe, he says "funny" and Hazel says "Don't call my boobs funny". Not shown in the movie
   Hazel notices that Augustus peed himself when she went downstairs to check on him this doesn't happen
   Hazel puts the pack of cigarettes she bought Augustus sneakily into his casket and takes off her oxygen tube when she says goodbye to him She puts the cigarettes on top of the casket in front of everyone
   At the end after reading Augustus's letter, Hazel says "I do, Augustus, I do." In the movie, she simply says "Okay."
