   Hawkeye frequents brothels when he is lonely. Hawkeye frequents the nurses' tents when he's lonely.
   Hawkeye and Forrest end their tour of duty and leave the 4077th on the same jeep they came in on. MacIntyre has not yet completed his tour so he stays. MacIntyre ends his tour of duty and leaves while Hawkeye is on vacation. Hawkeye does not leave until after the armistice via chopper.
   After the camp exposes her while taking a shower, Major Houlihan resigns her commission. This does not happen; Major Houlihan stays from the beginning of the series until the end of the war.
   Johnathan Hobson is a stern and religious bunkmate of Hawkeye's in the Swamp. He is replaced by Frank Burns. Frank Burns takes on the religious characteristics of Hobson and is Hawkeye's only enemy in the Swamp.
   Frank Burns is a Captain. Frank Burns is a Major and Hawkeye's superior.
