Rachel takes the train into London.	She goes to Manhattan.
Rachel discovers Tom's emotional abuse when she is sober and visit's Megan's psychiatrist.	She is told about Tom's behavior by his former Boss's wife, Martha.
Rachel doesn't give a speech. But the reader is given the feeling that she might have done it because of the way she acts.	Rachel gives a speech to another drunk about how she feels about Megan's affair and it is inter cut with scenes of a blond woman being pulled by the hair.
