The setting is the Klaxxon Oil company building.	The action takes place at the Nakatomi building.
Leiland's daughter Stephanie Gennaro is in a relationship with Harry Ellis.	McClain's wife, Holly Gennaro, has a friendly relationship with Ellis.
The purpose of the terrorist takeover was to allow the West German radical group to uncover an illegal arms shipment Klaxxon was making to a Chilean dictatorship.
