Wu Han is shot by Chen.	Wu Han dies of the same poison used on Indy, which miraculously kills him instantly.
Indy impales Chen by hurling a flaming pigeon flambé at him.	Chen doesn't die, although he disappears after the club scene.
The antidote to the poison is knocked around the room and eventually picked up by Willie.	Lao Che tosses the antidote to one of his goons, and is eventually picked up by Kao Ken, who drops it.
Indy drinks the antidote while escaping in Short Round's car.	He drinks it in the club.
Indy and Short Round's getaway plane was setup by Art Weber.	Weber never appears and the plane is just waiting for them.
