   The Commandos are a group that already existed and worked with Captain America. They are made up of a group of soldiers that Cap saved from Red Skull and join him.
   HYDRA is the evil equivalent of S.H.I.E.L.D. They are a stand alone terrorist group. HYDRA is the secret weapons division of the Nazi's and it is run by Red Skull.
   There are many versions of the Cosmic Cube that gives it's holder great power. The power comes from the Beyonders. The Tesseract is said to have belonged to Odin and gives HYDRA's weapons their powers.
