Jack is in a coma for 3 years after jamming knife in his clock heart .Before waking up. |
After destroying his clock heart with his hands, over being angry for what Joe has caused he heads home on the train. He passes out when he gets home, and wakes up later on in his room with a cold. |

Jack gets a new heart while he is in a coma, by a nurse during the 3 years. |
