MacRay and the others break into an optometry office above the bank the night before the Morning Glory heist. They wait there over night and in the morning enter through a hole they created.	They just drive up in the morning. They sneak up on a truck driver who is making a deliver and burst into the bank.
During the first heist they use Hockey masks to cover their faces.	They are wearing skeleton masks.
The events take place in 1994.	The film is set in 2010.
The crew robs a suburban movie theater after a big weekend.	They rob an armored car.
There is a love triangle between Doug, Frawley and Claire. Frawley takes Claire out on several dates.	This is left out. Frawley hints at an attraction to Claire.
