   Lena gives Walter the $6,500 in their apartment She gives it to him in a bar
   Walter tells Lena that the liquor store is important to him while they are in the living room He tells her this in their bedroom
   Walter tells his family that he lost all the money to a man named Willie Harris, whom he gave the money to to invest in the liquor store, but he instead ran off with it This scene is actually depicted, and later Walter tells his family what happened
